  3. Website marketing: Whether or not your business is online, creating a website for your business is a must; this channel will attract people from all walks of life and also establish you as a trustworthy entity. You can market your website; you can ask people to subscribe to newsletter, email campaigns, etc. From here on you can create personalized channels for each person who enrolls for the newsletter and email campaign.
  4. Emails: By far one of the most successful methods of multi-channel marketing. This is so because it reaches the potential customer directly. Moreover, this does not constitute spam, because it has been allowed by the customer himself. Email marketing however, has certain limitations. You can send emails regarding new products or existing product catalogues, only once in a while, marketing emails cannot be send each day to the customer.
  5. Newsletter: this is another ideal way of reaching your customer without flouting any rules. Newsletters provide your customer the latest news concerning his interests. There is no limitation to the number of times these can be sent. Every time there is something interesting in the market you can send the newsletter and along with it the links to your products. Newsletter should be related to the products, this would keep people interested.

Marketing when all the above channels are used would be the most successful, you can eliminate or add marketing channel depending on requirements, however, internet marketing using the multi channel marketing strategy has proven to be the most successful strategy. You can further make your multi channel marketing cost effective by diverting your customer from one type of channel marketing to another less expensive one.
