Policies are categorized according to the following four sections:
Order Initiation
At the time of order placement, no transaction is needed. Once an order is placed our writers take 2-3 hours while making sure that enough resources are there to fulfill a satisfactory job.
Order Approval:
After making it sure that writers have all what is needed to get you a good grade, we ask our customer to pay the amount. Usually it takes up to 6 hours to notify the customer that his order has been taken. If the order settlement is within 6 hours from the point of our approval, then the order deadline would be the same as desired by the customer. However if order settlement is delayed and exceeded from 6 hours, the order deadline would be automatically extended.
Order Refusal:
We possess the right to refuse any order within 6 hours due to the following reasons:
Inadequate resources, or
If within 36 hours no settlement is done, then order is automatically refused and the customer has to place a fresh order.
Order Refund:
Due to any type of dissatisfaction with proper reasoning, you would be eligible for a full refund. The refund can only be requested with in the next seven days after the order delivery.
